Here is my Sub schedule for Oct.

Sunday, 9/30 at 11am. All Levels at Rain Fitness Queen Anne

Monday, 10/1 at 4pm. Level 1 at 8 Limbs Cap Hill

Wednesday, 10/3 at 7:15pm. 50+ at 8 Limbs Cap Hill

Thursday, 10/4 at 9:30am. Level 2 at 8 Limbs West Seattle

Thursday, 10/4 at 11:15am. 50+ at 8 Limbs West Seattle

Friday 10/12 at 6pm. All Levels Gentle at 8 Limbs Cap Hill

Thursday 10/25 at 4pm. Level 1 at 9 Limbs Cap Hill
